Case of Endo Impant :-

A 80years old male patient came to our clinic for removal of upper left premolars so we advised him to save the root pieces with the help of root canal treatment and endo implants

First we performed root canal in both the teeth followed by placing endo implants and further followed by placing ceramic bridge.
