Today morning one of my doctor friend called me regarding this patient.

Patient complain of difficulty in mouth close.

Temporomandibular joint dislocation diagnosed.

Replacement of condyle is done by Dr.Jeet Patel

Patient complain of pain in lower anterior teeth region.

Both lower anterior central incisors RC treated 2 years ago.

Radiographic examination showed the rediolucency in apical area of both incisors.

We planned for re-rct and during irrigation sinus track opening observed.

Full mouth teeth cleaning (ultrasonic scaling).
