If you are planning to get braces treatment or have already started, its important to care for your braces to get optimum results. Here are a few useful tips:
1. Brushing: Brushing 3-4 times a day at least or after each meal to keep the plaque away.
PRO TIP:- u can use a pediatric tooth brush, preferably with rounded head and use it while holding vertically to clean away plaque between brackets.
2. Flossing: floss your teeth at least once daily preferable before going to bed.
PRO TIP: Use a threader to get under the wires and keep them squeaky clean.
3. Keep up with your schedule:- Missing the appointment can not only delay your treatment but it can also cause unwanted tooth movements.
