Re treatment of upper molar with multiple issues to take care off, biological width preservation is very important for a long term health prosthesis which was regained eventually with DME TREATMENT, Perforation made by previous operator and missed canal also contributing to the early failure was manage on the first phase of the treatment, a solid core to hold the remaining tooth structure together blending seamlessly with the knife edge tooth preparation for the monolith zirconia crown designed in-house to provide an rock solid bond with the tooth giving the it a well deserved 2nd life into it.

DME Single visit Bioceramic RCT with post core buildup followed by immediate 3d printed temp .. let the tissue heal for the final prosthetic after 15days bonded with polished monolith zirconia crown with knife edge border

A tricky case to get it done minimally, patient have a missing central incisor, came to replace his lost “rodent tooth” RPD with very little space left to maintain tooth proportion. Digital mockup and planning saved the day. Patient was proposed with two plans 1) single veneer with midline spacing to maintain tooth proportions.
Or
2) twin veneers closing the gap.
After patient going for plan (2) ,went ahead with zirconium veneers with polished surface for tissue contact, thankfully even on the day of bonding, proper prosthetic design was crucial,eliminating black triangle too ✌🏼
