Is it possible to have SMILE throughout the day😃😊😎😀😅😂🤣😆😄😀🤓

Don’t take ur work or place for granted.

It is very difficult to go through a journey of a new mother
Mother has a
feeling of excitement,
nervousness,
happiness,
joy,
worries
caring
humble ,
rude ,
Happiness
balance
mood, fluctuation,
unwanted emotions,
smiling,
very new and a mixed kind of emotions,
pain,
feeling of being recovered,
feeling of being discovered
responsibilities ,
time management,
sleepless night,
restless day,
blah blah blah
and Manny More……

I just want to share some care about the new moms or we can call it as
Postpartum care …….

1.Follow your doctor's orders. Don't skip your follow-up appointments and do take it easy. ...

2.Get as much rest as you can. ...

3.Accept help from friends and family. ...

4.Eat healthy meals. ...

5.Get some exercise. ...

6.Spend some quality time with your partner. ...

7.Join a mommy support group.

And the most important one DO MEDITATE
And don’t be HARD on yourself

Its time to do SELF CARE,SELF LOVE

and Be RELAX….and Except YOURSELF and YOUR BODY and just LET Go (take it easy)……..

Make sure you plan ahead and stay organized, so that
