PATIENT CAME TO THE DENTAL TREE WELLNESS CENTER WITH SEVERE PAIN IN RIGHT UPPER BACK TOOTH REGION . ON CLINICAL EXAMINATION PROXIMAL CARIES WAS THERE IRT 15 AND 16 and tenderness on percussion is present irt 14, 15,16 ON RADIOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION IRT 15,16 CARIES APPROACHING TO THE PULP and irt 14 there is peri apical radiolucency is present .ON pulp vitality test 14 shows delayed response.
treatment plan RC irt 14,15 ,16 followed by MC crown
System used : protaper gold
sealer : sealapex(sybron endo)
obturation : CLC

Presenting a case of re treatment wrt 46
Patient presented with severe pain in lower rt molar ,was on and off antibiotics and analgesic since one month
1 step : caries excavation and removal of hanging gutta percha in pulp chamber.
2 step: use of 6 # k file in all three canals i.e MB,ML and Distal till full working length followed by #8, #10, #15 k file(initial negotiation of canal)
Ledge present in mesio lingual canal which is bypassed by use of 17%aq EDTA
3rd step: #15 H file to remove gutta percha along with G.P.solvent followed by #20 , #25 H file.
4th step : or***ce enlargement with SX protaper gold followed by S1 S2 F1
