Female General Dentist (Full-Time) – Dr Kaur’s True Pearls Dental Care, Ranchi

We are looking for a skilled and patient-friendly Female General Dentist to join our clinic in Ranchi. The candidate should have strong clinical expertise along with excellent patient communication and handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- OPD consultation and diagnosis
- Composite restorations
- Scaling and root planing
- Simple extractions
- Crown preparation
- Handling patient calls and appointment coordination
- Explaining treatment plans and ensuring patient comfort

Requirements:
- BDS (MDS preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (mandatory)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and patient handling skills

Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary: ₹20,000 per month
- 5% annual increment on base salary
- Performance-based incentives
- Weekly off: Sunday
- All major national holidays off
