Had the privilege of being part of FLIP-15 – Future Leaders in Prosthodontics, bringing together 24 invited delegates and 10 expert faculty members from Japan, Thailand, Nepal, India, Israel, Canada, the USA, and Australia.
The gathering also included doctors from premier institutions such as AIIMS Delhi, PGI Chandigarh, KGMC Lucknow, and Mahidol University (Thailand), alongside distinguished figures including the ExDean and faculty of the School of Dentistry, University of Mississippi, Prof. Rosenstiel, JPD editors, President ICP and the Vice President of Shell Petroleum — along with representatives from several other reputed organisations across the globe.
Over three incredible days, we engaged in deep discussions on the future of prosthodontics, leadership, clinical practice, and professional development.
The program concluded with a renewed sense of collaboration, fresh ideas, and prospects for future international knowledge exchange — carrying forward FLIP15’s spirit of “Becoming the Leader the World Needs.” Special thanks to Dr Ramesh Chowdhary for flawless hosting the event.
