Implant placed to replace the missing lower molar.

In this case of insufficient bone volume for a dental implant, our in house oral and maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Vikrant used his sinus lift and grafting expertise to place this 8.5 mm implant.

He chose a site immediately adjacent to one of the septa, allowing higher insertion torque and primary stability.

He is specially trained in the use of multiple such techniques for fixed replacements in compromised bone situations.
