Usually our day at work starts by
Cleaning, sterilization, scheduling , lab works..
Indents, documentation and a hell lot of chaos ...

Then begin the sounds or drills and suctions..
And sometimes me giving instructions or scoldings😄 in a more than audible decibels..

Sometimes there is riot of laughters...
Sometimes tears..

Sometimes p**o patients (childern) trying to escape the chair... Sometimes running around the clinic holding a balloon 🐻 bear ( made up of gloves)..

We hear life stories from young aspiring students to old retired gallantry awards winners..

Sometimes someone gets us organic fruits or someone gets a bhel...
Sometimes we are inside a mouth for hours together...

Rarely we get a chance to dress up and click a decent picture of ourselves...
So here's to the spirit of Navratri 🧿🧿

I was always a wild child...
Always motivated.. always on a mission...
Looking at something to reach ,to achieve, to become ...
Then you came to my life...
Grabbed me by my shoulders, shook me and made me look at the present..
The beauty of being in the moment...
To enjoy the small wins..
To relish the essence of rest ...
To connect with now...

My subconscious was built with a notion that stopping at one achievement is sinful..
Being relentless was way of life..
Resting was losing...

I looked at myself from your eyes and felt enough ..
Felt complete and content and anything we add to it is just a bonus...
Life has become stress-free and more enjoyable after that shift .

I wish everyone finds their home ,like I did..🧿🧿

Guided dental surgery.

Our 70 year old Female patient was brought to us by her daughter after visiting many other well known dental practices.
After undergoing multiple painful root canal and dental extraction treatments,she was very scared and traumatized by name of any further treatment and anaesthesia 😄..
When we mentioned implants she shrugged off the very thought of surgery and pleaded to do anything that is not painful.
Earlier she was suggested to use dentures, but she has muscle tremor issues and maintaining dentures is difficult for many patients, leave aside the discomfort they cause.
So we tried to provide her the least painful option for guided surgery for implants. Gradually she prepared herself for the surgery and we are happy that today she walked out with three implants in 45 mins , smiling and praising the treatment modality.
We are sure ,she can have a meal immediately without much discomfort, we won't have to worry about secondary bleeding, and she will be in her routine from right now...
What blessing is that!!!
We will meet her after 1 and half months for scanning... So cuts, no sutures , hopefully no swelling...
All that for a very very minimal extra cost ..

Guided surgery is not just for accuracy of implant placement,but also to reduce stress, time and discomfort....

Hope it becomes routine in dental surgery and we work towards our and patients comfort.

3-hour dental surgery? No problem. Extracting brittle, root canal-treated teeth? Challenge accepted.
But the real MVPs of the day?

My junior dentist, who magically transformed into homework tutor, tiffin supervisor, and playtime buddy for my 6-year-old daughter, Saavi.

My assistants, who stood by me for hours — suctioning, passing instruments, and possibly wondering if those teeth were anchored with industrial adhesive. 😅

While I wrestled with stubborn roots, my team was managing everything else like legends (including a very curious 6-year-old 🧠🎒).

Teeth finally out ✅
PRF spun ✅
Bone graft packed ✅
Wound sutured ✅
Saavi’s homework done, tiffin eaten, and games played ✅✅✅

And just when I thought the day was over, her dad took over like a champ — handled dinner and bedtime, while I finally got home... to a quiet house and a sleeping child. 😴💕

Moral of the story?
Behind every long surgery is an even bigger team effort — in the clinic and at home. 💪❤️

💔 With a heavy heart, we had to remove a failed dental implant today.
Despite our best efforts, the patient’s uncontrolled diabetes and few other factors compromised healing, leading to implant failure.
Removing failed implants is not difficult as long as they are not broken or fixed partially..

Implants are a wonderful solution—but systemic health plays a vital role in their long-term success.
This serves as a reminder to all: oral and general health go hand in hand.

We’re now focusing on helping the patient regain control of their health before planning the next steps.
