Dr Duke Heller
Alfred (Duke) Heller, DDS, M. S., limits his practice to the placement of dental implants. Dr. Heller has placed more than 20,000 implants since 1969. Dr. Heller is considered one of the “pioneers” of implant dentistry in the United Stated of America. He earned his DDS (1962) and M. S. (1974) from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He is an Honored Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He also served on the Admissions and Credentials Board of AAID for seven years. In 1980, he founded the Midwest Implant Institute (MII). He is Board Certified in Oral Implantology by the American Board of Oral Implantology. Dr. Heller has served as President of the ABOI. He is also on staff at Grady Memorial Hospital. Dr. Heller is an active member in the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association & Columbus Dental Society.
The Midwest Implant Institute’s main location resides in Lewis Center, Ohio, but offers courses taught in all corners of the United States of America. Dr. Heller has lectured on topics regarding all aspects of implant dentistry for over 30 years within the institute and for multiple other implant oriented organizations.
A passionate practitioner and instructor, but still Dr. Heller enjoys all sports of The Ohio State University and represented OSU as a soccer player. He and his wife, Wanda, enjoy spending time with their three children and nine grandchildren

2. Full day programs inclusive of hospitality
3. Presentation by mentors and the visiting faculty on all aspects on modern implant dentistry
4. Case discussion and treatment planning for all the participants, all the participants are encouraged to bring in their cases for discussion
5. Participants contribution by case presentation and free papers
6. Guidance to beginners for initiation in the field of implant dentistry
7. Mentoring for perusing accreditation to become an associate fellow and fellow of AAID. The participants will earn valuable ce hour credits necessary for persuasion of the accreditation of AAID
Fees Rs 20,000 for 2013 - 2014 inclusive of 5 study circle meetings

4. Discussion of cases, treatment plans, trouble shooting with the help of experts
5. Provide for mentoring to beginners
6. Encourage members to take up the credentializing path, ( aaid & isoi fellowship, diplomate) to differentiate themselves from others in a scientific, unbiased, fair manner
