A 22 year old complained of brown spots on his teeth
Though he got his teeth cleaning/ scaling done just 1 month back.
After taking detailed history, we came to know to avoid bad smell from mouth he was using mouthwash 3 -4 times a day since 1 month
Although bad smell was because of decayed tooth.
But the overuse of mouthwash containing chlorhexidine stained his teeth
A detailed history is must to rule out the cause and reason behind patient’s problem.
