Mid line diastema closure. Sharing the case of bleaching followed by gingival contouring minimally invasive diestema closure with free hand composite. Major challenges:-
*Matching the dental mid line
*Establishing contact and making the centrals not look bigger in size.
So planned gingivectomy by bur with topical anaesthesia as patient is extremely fearful of needles.
Composite used are body shade 3M A1 and tokoyama A1 enamel shade 3M A2

Shade matching of single central incisor is one of the toughest job in dentistry. It requires precise communication with technician and good knowledge and skills to handle materials.

🦷The MT LiDi Ivoclar block was used for preparation of veneer.
🦷 Clear shade 3M Veneer resin cement was used.
