✨ Her dream wedding. Her dream smile ✨

A young IT professional came to us with just 3 weeks before her wedding, seeking a solution for her missing front tooth before relocating abroad.

Clinical examination revealed a congenitally missing left lateral incisor, a peg-shaped right lateral, and the left canine positioned in place of the lateral. Her over retained primary canine had also exfoliated a few months earlier.

Ideally, orthodontic treatment followed by restorative correction would have been the preferred approach. But with a very limited timeline, we planned a prosthetically driven smile makeover that could deliver beautiful, natural results within her timeframe.

🦷 Our treatment plan included: • Crown on the right lateral incisor • Veneers on the central incisors  • A 3-unit bridge on canine and premolar, reshaping the left canine to mimic a lateral incisor

A digital smile design and mock-up (“test drive”) allowed her to visualise the proposed outcome and gave us the confidence to move forward.

The final result was a natural, harmonious smile with excellent aesthetics—completed just in time for her big day. 💍✨

Because sometimes, dentistry isn’t just about replacing a tooth…

Full Mouth Rehabilitation ✨✨✨

This gentleman came to us with severely worn and damaged teeth, struggling to chew comfortably. His only request initially was to replace his missing back teeth while preserving as many of his natural teeth as possible.

After a detailed evaluation, we explained that simply replacing the missing molars would not completely restore his function or protect the remaining teeth from further deterioration. What he truly needed was a comprehensive Full Mouth Rehabilitation to address his oral health holistically.

It took time, discussions, and trust-building for us to arrive at the same vision for his treatment — but once we did, the transformation journey began.

The treatment involved:
✨ Extraction of non-salvageable teeth
✨ Dental implants
✨ Root canal treatments
✨ Restorations and rehabilitation

The result was not just restored chewing efficiency and oral function, but also a confident, natural-looking smile.

What touched us most was his follow-up visit. He walked in clean-shaven with freshly coloured hair! When asked about the change, he smiled and said,
“Now that my teeth make me feel younger, I wanted to look younger too.”

Smile Makeover ✨

A daughter, a wife, a mother, and an author — she spent years putting herself last and never really paid attention to her smile.

Had an incredible experience presenting a lecture at the Digital Conclave organized by MCODS Mangalore in association with IPS Karnataka Branch. The event was exceptionally well-organized, with insightful lectures by Dr. Ramesh Chaudhary and Dr. Priyam Adithya.
