Looks like a simple case ,but a lot of thought and patience was needed to make something look so effortless ! A rehabilitation needs focus , precision and excellent communication with all parties involved ! Delivering smiles always , everyday .

Few myths to bust :
1. Does brushing well mean you can skip flossing ?
2. Brushing hard means brushing well ?
3. Fruit juices are good for my teeth?
4. Sugar free sodas are ok for teeth ?
5. Sugar free gum can substitute brushing ?
None of these are true … take cognizance of the fact that nothing substitutes regular good hygiene control !
Especially after festivities do pay attention to your teeth . Keep smiling . Keep shining !

No pain no gain : is this an obsolete thought ? .. had a killer workout today , was in pain during .. but super fresh later in the day ! Do we attribute too much to getting results by overdoing it ? Is the easy path justified ? I’m just old school and sticking with it . But it does make me wonder .. is there an easier path in life ? Should we be working smarter ?

So grateful to be a part of the Pune Dental Show 2025 , a dental conference and trade exhibit in Balewadi Pune . This time to chair 2 sessions , one core Prosthodontic topic: options for over denture by Dr. Paresh Gandhi who has been my professor in my undergraduate years , and one session showcasing 3 young upcoming dentists speaking on topics ranging from shade selection , distraction osteogenesis in sleep apnea and lasers in dentistry . The podium is a great place to acquire knowledge . Thanks to Dr Priya Lele for organising this event !
