Patient had already undergone orthodontic treatment for midline gap and not given fixed retainer inside so relapsed. Patient wanted to close the gap but don't want to go for braces so used different mechanics and closed the gap in 2.5 months followed by permanent fixed retainer inside and removable retainer..
