This young patient was suffering from pain and was diagnosed with an Impacted wisdom tooth getting infected in his lower jaw. He visited multiple clinics and got referred even to a hospital where he was told it's dangerous to get the tooth removed and chances of the nerve getting broken off and could lead to numbness for life so he has to take a specialist appointment and the procedure is way too complicated.

He walked in with all these concerns asking is it all true. So we did our analysis and said. Almost true but the nerve will never get cut. It's a 2D image 3 dimensionally the nerve canal is away from the tooth yet close to it not ruling out a mild chance of post extraction numbness but we can get it done immediately without any stress. The patient was quite surprised and said he had to travel the next day so took an appointment for today and showed up on time and we did the procedure in 30 minutes and he was so surprised and happy.

Chances of post extraction numbness seems very low to nill as the procedure was atraumatically done hence no stress on the nerve canal.

An interesting facial rehabilitation case. The patient was rejected by multiple dental clinics as the case was of skeletal involvement requiring Orthognathic Surgery to Both the jaws for correction. We at Tooth Klinik - MultiSpeciality Dental Clinic took this as a challenge and after a long 2 years of controlled Orthodontist movements with TAD implants was able to get a result that the patient was super happy with. This patient walked in a few weeks ago with a Root canal treated tooth whose crown broke off and was advised for extraction. We told them the possibility of saving the tooth hence reducing cost on prosthetics. And hence we did post core build up of the tooth and gave an economical PFM crown thus giving the tooth a third chance after root canal to survive ☺️

Patient complained of pain in both the sides but none of her visible teeth had issues. So when a radiography examination was done found the actual cause. Two impacted wisdom teeth inside causing the pain.

Surgical removal of these teeth will solve the problem.

The patient walked in with a post ortho relapse and spacing. The front central teeth were spaced out and tilted. The patient wanted an immediate solution. So we opted for a composite restoration that fixed the slanting gapped out look in a single procedure. If well maintained this will last longer than expected.
