Wrong treatment planning could have cost this patient healthy teeth.

Due to the absence of an upper canine, a bridge was planned and both adjacent teeth were unnecessarily RCT treated and reduced like stumps for bridge placement. But simple radiographic evaluation revealed that the canine was actually impacted and could be easily brought into the arch with proper orthodontic treatment.

The photo shows laser exposure of the impacted canine, and braces are already placed to guide the tooth into its natural position for proper smile correction.

Always remember — proper diagnosis and treatment planning are more important than rushing into irreversible procedures.

A glimpse of one of my daily debonding cases — where a confident smile was crafted with careful planning and precision orthodontics.

This was a non-extraction case with spacing present in the upper anterior teeth. The case was treated beautifully with proper alignment, space closure, and smile detailing while maintaining natural aesthetics and balance.

The final results turned out amazing — a cleaner smile, better symmetry, and a huge boost in confidence for the patient. 😊

Sometimes a wrong treatment plan makes the case even more complicated.
In this case, pre-treatment was done elsewhere where the front teeth were reduced to create space for retraction, but the desired results were not achieved.

The case was already challenging due to the absence of both upper lateral incisors, but with a proper diagnosis and a carefully planned approach using only a single lower incisor extraction, we were able to achieve a beautiful smile transformation. ✨

Every case needs individualized planning — not shortcuts.
