Clinical presentation of a patient with heavy generalized extrinsic stains and supra gingival calculus deposits, likely associated with chronic to***co use and inadequate oral hygiene.

Findings: Generalized yellowish-brown discoloration, heavy calculus on lower anteriors, melanin pigmentation of gingiva.

Pre-op and Post-op IOPA

Case: Root Canal Treatment w.r.t 35 & 36
Diagnosis: Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
Treatment Protocol: Rubber dam isolation, working length determination with apex locator + radiographic confirmation, thorough biomechanical preparation, 3D irrigation protocol, and obturation with gutta-percha achieving hermetic apical seal.

Preserving natural dentition remains our prime objective.
