Patient reported with pain with respect to keft lower jaw for last 10 days on radiographic investigation fractured roots stumps of left lower wisdom tooth found. Surgical intervention done and Curved root stumps removed uneventfully.

Implants placed after immediate extraction of maxillary anteriors.
Interestingly previous root canal treated teeth were treated 35 years back. Prosthesis failed after whooping 35 years. Hatss off to grand seniors. Was able to rehabilitate with immediate temporary prosthesis after placement of dental implants . Osseointegation pictures soon.

Osseointegation done right. Implant placed immediately after extraction in a patient with osteoporosis. Chalange was to get Osseointegation in a compromised area. Implant is ready for prosthetic phase wll be sharing picutres after loading soon .

The retained deciduous tooth led migration of premolar way below its appropriate level . As you can see in the opg image. The tooth is sleeping below molar tooth and in opposite direction . Flap was surgically reflected and by sectioning the crown , tooth( red circle) was removed also the retained deciduous tooth (yellow circle ) and the follicle of the premolar (white circle) was enucleated . Our 14 year old patient cooperated beautifully . Procedure was done under local anesthesia. There were NO significant post operative complications.

The hook at the end of this 48 Presented as a challenge and a risk to the nerve . Took a conservative approach and patience was the key in its removal

Implant placement done for implant supported overdenture at B and D positions, basically providing an additional support to the classical denture via dental implants, an economical option with minimal surgical intervention
