63 yr female with failing Bridges prosthesis in upper jaw want to have Fixed permanent replacement for her upper teeth.CBCT shows very thin alveolar bone present at place of missing teeth under the bridges.with Meticulous Planning over CBCT we decided to place 6 implants in upper jaw doing implant placement .All Bridges removed, Extractions done , placed, Multi units placed , Ti Cylinders placed over anterior 4 implants and healing collars for pterygoids( ll load pterygoids in final prosthesis only).Impressions Made for temporary Prosthesis Same day ..implants used Dio India Dio India .Free hand placements ..
