A conservative solution for a complex case.
Our patient, in their mid-30s, presented with a retained deciduous canine and an impacted permanent canine. With no desire for surgical extraction or orthodontic treatment, we opted for a direct composite build-up on the retained tooth to enhance esthetics and function.
