A case of partially erupted upper wisdom tooth with biting surface inclined towards cheek resulting in repeated injury to cheek tissue while eating speaking yawning etc.. leading to severe pain radiating towards head. Patient was not able to propagate his food since last 5 to 6 days. As a treatment this wisdom tooth was extracted painlessly and patient was relieved of pain.

Smile transformation done with braces treatment at our practice.
Patient reported to our practice with chief complaint of haphazard teeth and wanted to get her teeth aligned.
The patient as well as parents were not in favor of getting the teeth extractions done. Since child was still in growing age, hence maxillary expansion was done in order to gain the space.

The treatment was completed in about 2.5 years and the patient was very happy with the resulting transformation.
