Orthodontics treatment with Straight wire metal braces for class II malocclusion with Gummy smile,Severe overjet and crowded upper front teeth .

IZC implants were used for full upper arch distalisation along with 2 micro implants anteriorly for more intrusion.

Significant improvement in smile, occlusion and facial profile.
