A patient came with the chief problem of intermittent pain in her upper molars. She had done her filling on the tooth 3 years ago and was advised to do RCT if pain occurs.
Initial IOPA reveals secondary caries involving dentin and almost reaching the pulp.
Dyes were used and Indirect Pulp capping was done with composite fillings.

The patient came with pain in the upper left back teeth. IOPA revealed periapical radiolucency in the distal root of 26.

An interesting and a difficult case.
The patient came with the chief complaint of loose crown and pain while chewing on the lower right side.. An X-ray revealed improper RCT. The patient was told about it and was willing to go for Re-RCT rather than just fixing the crown.
On removing the debris, it was found that there was perforation done. The perforation was dealt with MTA. Along with it it had 3 canals mesially and 2 canals distally. Intracanal medication was placed for 2 weeks and after that obturation and final restoration was done.
The patient awaits for a new crown.
Review will be done in regular intervals
