Love when everything falls in place.
The patient came with pain in the upper left back teeth. IOPA revealed periapical radiolucency in the distal root of 26.

An interesting and a difficult case.
The patient came with the chief complaint of loose crown and pain while chewing on the lower right side.. An X-ray revealed improper RCT. The patient was told about it and was willing to go for Re-RCT rather than just fixing the crown.
On removing the debris, it was found that there was perforation done. The perforation was dealt with MTA. Along with it it had 3 canals mesially and 2 canals distally. Intracanal medication was placed for 2 weeks and after that obturation and final restoration was done.
The patient awaits for a new crown.
Review will be done in regular intervals
