Chronic smoker with poor oral hygiene.
Apparently prognosis seemed to be poor.
Radiograph revealed enough tooth structure for restoration.
RCT & Crown preparation was done one week aftter oral prophylaxis.
P.S - most of her teeth were indicated for extraction followed by implant by many doctors.
Since pt. was chronic smoker & diabetic with HbA1c 8.5.
We managed most of her tooth including molars & premolars by RCT followed by crown & bridges.
