The patient presented with spacing between their teeth , discoloration and dental caries and was concerned about the appearance of their smile. After evaluating their condition, dental veneers were recommended as a possible and long term solution. The procedure involved placing custom-made porcelain veneers on the front surface of the affected teeth to improve their appearance. A 68 year old male patient presented at my office . His chief complaint was that he was not happy having to use a removable denture and desired to have a fixed set of teeth .
Our approach was in 3 phases pre surgical, surgical and finals .
The treatment plan began with a pretreatment interview , photographs and impression models .Followed by implant placement immediate provisionalisation and final placement .
In this case we achieved our main goal that was to switch from a removable to a non removable prosthesis restoring patient comfort, function, aesthetics,and self confidence.
