FAILED ROOT CANAL TREATMENT #36 WARNING: Cheap Doctor Alert!

Yesterday, a patient came to our clinic and was experiencing pain in the lower left side of their tooth. During the clinical examination, we noticed swelling and a draining sinus. When we informed the patient that we needed to take an X-ray, we discovered that the previous doctor had trimmed the furcation area of the tooth completely and caused a perforation, which led to an infection. Additionally, there was a periapical lesion beneath the tooth, so we couldn’t save the tooth with a re-RCT and had to extract it. And honestly, the previous doctor{THE BLUNDER DOCTOR} seemed quite unskilled, as they couldn’t even perform a simple root canal properly.
These complications were clearly linked to the previous doctor’s substandard treatment. As a result, the patient requested tooth extraction due to the ongoing pain and infection.

RCT #36 WARNING: Cheap Doctor Alert!
A few days ago, a patient came to our clinic with severe pain in the upper and lower left tooth regions. The previous doctor,{ THE BLUNDER DOCTOR}, had taken X-rays but did not identify any cavities and only prescribed medication for about a month. However, the pain persisted.

When the patient visited us
We recommended a new set of high-resolution digital X-rays to accurately pinpoint the exact cause of the pain. Our imaging revealed a deep cavity in the lower left molar that had been missed previously,
The patient wondered why the previous doctor had missed the cavity, humorously suggesting the previous doctor was suffering from “caries blindness.”
The patient asked why the previous doctor, who was more of a specialist in politics than in dentistry, had missed the cavity. Through our detailed imaging, we discovered the cavity in the lower molar that had been overlooked. Once identified, we provided the necessary treatment, bringing the patient much-needed relief.
Following treatment, the patient experienced immediate relief and was advised on preventive care, including improved oral hygiene, the use of fluoride, and regular check-ups to detect any future caries at an earlier stage.
