Managment of Early Childhood Caries

Patient was 2 year old when reported to our clinic in 2018. At that time most of the primary teeth are decayed and hypocalcified. Pt was in Pre-cooperative stage so decided for SDF (Silver Diamine Fluoride) application to arrest lesions

Once patient 3.5 year old (In Cooperative Stage) - Planned for Full Mouth Rehabilitation.
Pulpectomy with 51 52 61 62 followed by Kids - E zirconia crown
MTA pulpotomy with 54 64 and 84
Restoration with 74

This case was managed under Nitrous Oxide Inhalational Sedation (Nois) and LA

A 2 year Follow up
