🦷 DENTAL TIP #01 | BLEEDING GUMS
Do your gums bleed when you brush? 🩸
Don’t ignore it.
Occasional bleeding may happen with irritation, but repeated bleeding while brushing can be an early sign of gum inflammation or gum disease.
What should you do?
✓ Continue brushing gently twice a day
✓ Clean between your teeth daily
✓ Avoid brushing too aggressively
✓ If the bleeding persists, get your gums examined by a dentist
💡 Early gum problems are often easier to manage when detected early.
Healthy gums. Healthier smiles. 💙💚
