Barrier free Dentistry for frail Elderly
A patient presenting with partial immobility secondary to a history of stroke and multiple comorbidities reported symptomatic pain associated with a wisdom tooth. Following a thorough review of the patient's systemic health and obtaining medical clearance from their physician, required dental procedure was performed in-Clinic. All necessary systemic precautions were observed throughout the procedure.

Full mouth rehabilitation for frail patient at home:
A homebound patient with significant comorbidities, including cervical/lumbar spondylitis and a high fall risk, presented with masticatory insufficiency. To accommodate her frailty, a conservative prosthetic plan was implemented at home. A maxillary cast partial denture and a mandibular complete denture were made. Comprehensive caregiver and patient education focused on proper chewing technique and hygiene protocols were followed.

Cast partial dentures for geriatric patients:
Cast Partial Dentures (CPDs) remain the "gold standard" for removable option for geriatric patients when fixed bridges or implants aren't feasible.
The Foundation for CPD depends upon the Abutment Strength and Mouth Preparation. The Digital transition has revolutionized patient acceptability.
For the elderly, CPDs offer a unique balance of function and safety. For patients with lower manual dexterity they are much easier to clean.
Here is the case of 91 years male having three healthy teeth with his lower arch. Was treated with cast partial denture with precision, predictability and preservation of proprioception.

Dental extraction for Dementia patient at home:
Communication is fundamental when providing dental care for elderly patients with dementia. It requires building a strong foundation of trust with both the patient and their caregiver, coupled with specialized expertise to adapt treatment delivery to a home setting. Here is a home bound frail elderly suffering from infected molar tooth requiring extraction. The procedure was performed adhering strictly to aseptic precautions and providing appropriate systemic care to prevent infections, ensure patient safety and comfort.

Surgical extraction at home for Frail Geriatric patient:
86 years female Alzheimer's patient complained of pain with her lower jaw wisdom tooth. She had a history of fall causing repaired fracture with pelvic joint causing restricted mobility and fear of fall. Considering her fragile health and vitals, under all necessary precautions her wisdom tooth was removed at home.

A 78-year-old female patient presented with generalized periodontitis, multiple missing teeth, compromised chewing efficiency, and significant esthetic concerns. The patient expressed a desire for a long-term, fixed solution to restore both function and appearance.
The patient underwent a full-mouth rehabilitation using implant-supported fixed prostheses. A complete digital workflow was employed, encompassing diagnostics, planning, prosthetic design, and final restoration.
Digitally fabricated prostheses provided excellent fit, function, and esthetics along with reduced chair time and fewer appointments, ideal for geriatric care.
The integration of digital dentistry enabled improved acceptance and compliance due to reduced procedural complexity. I also supported rapid and accurate prosthetic delivery, restoring full chewing function and esthetics.

Teeth Extraction at home for frail elderly
A 92 years old frail patient was suffering from several fractured sharp teeth causing traumatic ulcerations with her cheek and tongue requiring extraction with those teeth. She was unable to visit dental clinic due to frailty and sarcopenia. Under all necessary precautions her teeth were extracted at home.
