Multiple Facial Fractures - Secondary Cosmetic Correction

Case Description - 35 years old/ Male Pt suffered RTA where in he sustained severe Head Injury along with Fractures of Facial Bones as well as Lower Limb. Emergency Surgical Intervention was done in order to address his bony injuries. Later on post discharge he wanted to undergo surgical intervention for better outlook of his face. Cosmetic Corrcetion was done in order to make the patient look better. Photos show the changes that was noted after second surgery.

Cosmetic Smile Design Make Over

Case Description - 52 year old Female Pt had issues regarding the spacing in between her teeth in the front tooth region. She also had complaints about her teeth show when she smiles. As per age group, these patients will have issue with the Gum Disease. Comprehensive Assessment was done before the treatment was advised. Gum status was satisfactory for her age without any co morbidity pertaining to her general medical conditions. Multidisciplinary Approach was involved in order to meet the expectation of the patient concerns. Results shown in the photos are evident that a proper planning will lead to a good outcome clinically and also leads to better Smile Outcome. This improves the overall self esteem of the patient which was noted at the end of the treatment

Immediate Dental Implant Rehabilitation - Cosmetic

Case of Crown Fracture - History of RCT done 6 years back with Internal Resportion. On assessment tooth had poor prognosis. Patient was advised to undergo Immediate Dental Implant Rehabilitation. Advanced Implant System - Nobel Active Ti Ultra was used in order to address the issue comprehensively. Result has been depicted here in the photos as well as radiograph. Follow up - 8 months now. Results looks quite promising until now.
