Hello friends, today we are presenting a case of Fixed Implant teeth in upper jaw. Our patient complained of difficulty in eating due to missing molar teeth in upper jaw. She was looking for a fixed teeth solution in less time and with minimum discomfort.

We decided to opt for dental implant treatment with immediate functional loading protocols with key hole surgery, avoiding sinus lift and bone grafting procedure to make treatment experience as comfortable as possible. Prior to implant surgery, we corrected her occlusal plane (bite plane)to provide uniform and stable chewing table.( lower right side). On 7th day, she received her fixed ceramic teeth designed with digital protocols. It has been one year now and she is doing good. Regular follow ups (implant bite check and hygiene visits) are mandatory for long term success.

We thank her for the cooperation and appreciate her zeal for better oral health.

Hello Friends, last weekend was full of learning , fun and networking. Attended International conference on Corticobasal Implantology at bangalore. Breakthrough insights shared by various speakers across the globe on restoring missing teeth by Corticobasal implants and offering Immediate Esthetics and Function in just 3-7 days.

2 key observations i came across that decides Sucess and Failure of dental implant treatment in long run.
1) Lack of Professional training and continuous update by dental surgeon.
2) Patients not returning for regular mandatory checkup, bite correction and necessary revision of prosthesis (artificial teeth) remake after certain time period.

Hello friends, herewith sharing a 4 years follow up of our fixed teeth implant case. He wanted to fix multiple missing teeth in short time. Challenge was the deficient bone in upper jaw.
