Getting spacers before braces? Here's what you need to know!
Those tiny blue rings between your teeth may look insignificant, but they have an important role in your orthodontic treatment.

Orthodontic separators, also called spacers, create a little room between certain teeth before orthodontic bands are fitted.
But what happens if one falls out? Can you put it back yourself? And do you still need to attend your next appointment?

Here's what to remember:

🔹 Avoid touching, adjusting or replacing spacers yourself.
