COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed our lives in the last 4 months, be it basic things like buying food or grocery or going to the doctor/dentist we have to take a lot of precautions.

Even we as Dentists have had to incorporate a lot of additional precautionary measures to the already existing ones in our practice.

All of us as Dentists, are doing all we can to follow the safety protocols to the best of our abilities and make the treatment as safe as possible for the patient , clinic staff and for ourselves and at the same time trying to keep it as comfortable as possible for the patients.

Here is a short glimpse of the safety and sterlizination procotols followed at our clinic.

We still maintain that DENTISTRY IS SAFE even in these difficult times, if the basic safety preacutions and protocols are followed, which we are sure our Dental Fraternity is trying it's best to do and help patients in the best way possible.

Who doesn't like a bright & white smile ???? This young 20years old girl came to us with a complain of cavities/decay in her front two teeth.
We treated her as conservatively as possible with composite(tooth coloured) filling ,giving her a beautiful looking new smile in one appointment which she was extremely happy with !! PS: Space between two teeth was maintained as the patient dint wish to close it .

With the help of Cosmetic Dentistry in today's day and age we can give an amazing new smile to patients who are unhappy with their smile or how their teeth look
This can be done either with Composites (Tooth Coloured Fillings) , Laminates , Veeners, Full Ceramic Crowns or Teeth Whitening Procedure( Bleaching) depending on the Case.

BRACES...

Over the period of time have transformed from the conventional metal and ceramic braces to newer ones like Lingual Braces and now one of latest and best options available is INVISIBLE Braces or as we call them ALIGNERS
The advantage of these Aligners being :-
1) They are hardly noticed or visible once worn.
2) Patients have the liberty to eat all kind of food items...NO RESTRICTIONS on diet like with conventional braces.
3) Pain free and easy to maintain.
4) The treatment plan and the end result of the treatment is shown to the patient prior starting the treatment with the help of adavnace digital scanning done for their teeth.

Here’s presenting the one such case completed in our clinic by our Orthodontist, Dr.Osric D'Costa

35years old male patient wanted to align his malaligned/crooked teeth , specially the front ones in a conservative , natural way...
After consultating our Orthodontist and discussing all the pros and cons of various braces options explained to him , he opted for FLASH ALIGNERS ( invisible braces)
At the end of the treatment the patient was totally happy and satisfied with the end result given by the Aligners.

We at SmileKraft Dental Clinic and Implant Centre with the support of our lab - Grooves Dental design gave her an all Ceramic (Ultra T) crown in just 5 days.
The patient was extremely happy and satisfied with the results.
