FMR (Full mouth Rehabilitation). 62 yrs old female patient visits the clinic with complaints of pain and chewing difficulty. The patient had multiple decayed teeth, no proper occlusion ( bite ), poor esthetics and neuromuscular coordination ( had repeated jaw movements as one would see commonly in people with multiple missing teeth)
Entire treatment involves lots of planning and a multidisciplinary approach involving Root canal Treatment, post and core, CLP ( Crown lengthening procedure) , temporization after increasing the vertical (bite) and final All ceramic prosthesis.
