This 29-year-old male patient came to me 3 months ago with history of smoking and non-healing ulcer with difficulty in eating and swallowing. Last case shared was soft fluctuant growth filled with the abscess, so as protocol I decided emergency drainage as the upfront treatment, now the patient is relieved on follow-up. Here after, I have started the investigation on the intra-osseous lesion which includes CBCT Maxilla followed by which I will decide whether to take biopsy to conclude my definitive diagnosis and definitive treatment.💉🏥🔬🔬

Some cases when I consult feels so bad and disheartening for the patients as in this case.
51-year-old male patient with to***co habit history for 12 years was referred to me with such an extensive ulcero-proliferative growth. Although clinical diagnosis is enough but did biopsy🔬 for confirmatory documented diagnosis. Patient gave history that he got small ulcer 6 months ago after which he avoided any specialist consultation, infact he took an ayurvedic treatment.

Message: Taking ayurvedic treatment is not the problem but ayurveda is well-established to treat many other diseases but its role in treatment of Oral Cancer is not evident, especially in absence of final/confirmatory diagnosis.
