Dr. Simone Currim has specialized in Orthodontics with a Masters degree (MDS) from The University of Mumbai.

She has completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies from the prestigious Nair Hospital Dental College which is considered amongst the best Dental Colleges in Asia. She has always been a top ranking student of her class. She had received several awards and sch

olarships including the University gold medal for having excelled in the Subject of Orthodontics from the Mumbai University. During her postgraduate studies, she once again stood first in the University. Dr. Simone decided to then reprove her academic and clinical skills by opting to take the Diplomate of National Board Examination and successfully completing the same. She has been accepted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, one of the few associations that conducts independent exams at foreign centres to ensure that all members are of a suitable academic standing. Dr. Simone Currim has contributed much of her time to research and her work has been published in the prestigious American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, which is the most respectable research oriented Orthodontic journal worldwide. Dr. Simone Currim is associated as Consultant Orthodontist at Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre and with Saifee Hospital since its inception in Mumbai. She is on the panel of several other reputed Dental Care Centers in Mumbai as well. She did her schooling at The Cathedral & John Connon School, Mumbai and later attended Jaihind College before joining Nair dental. Dr. Simone has always believed her treatment plan must be suitable for the patient and spends a lot of time understanding each patient’s needs, concerns and understanding their personalities. Her compassionate nature, ability to listen to patient’s problems and come up with a plan to sort out the most complex situasions are assets to her personality, that draw patients from distant parts of the city, other cities in the country and even patients from overseas to seek treatment from her.
