Crooked teeth are a condition where the teeth are not correctly aligned in the mouth. Overlapped teeth can affect not just your smile but also the oral health! They also affect your day-to-day quality of life by declining the proper functioning and aesthetics of the teeth.

Our patient consulted us for the correction of crooked teeth and severe deep-bite which caused the lower right incisors to fracture, leaving minimal tooth structure.

Orthodontic correction with metal braces was the choice of treatment in this case, followed by restoration of 41 and 42 with root canal treatment and PFM crowns.

Opening the bite with the help of braces was the first step to provide clearance for the lower incisors to be restored with PFM crowns.

The results are satisfactory and we could achieve a well-aligned teeth in the arch, giving the patient not just a straight teeth but also a confident smile he desired!

We are delighted to present our beautiful patient's single tooth Smile Transformation case who hails from Thailand and visited us with a missing front tooth and wanting to get it fixed, as it was concerning her aesthetics during social interactions which led to her low self-confidence.

Clinical features before treatment showed a discolored root stump with no crown.
Gingival lengthening was performed over the root stump to increase support, followed by fibre Post and Core procedure.
Single tooth shade matching becomes a bit challenging, but inspite of that we could achieve profound results with Emax crown !
