Irrigant Agitation : Passive Ultrasonic Activation of
5.25% NaOCl - Saline - 17% EDTA - Saline - 5.25% NaOCl - Saline

Obturation : LC followed by WVC

Sealer : AH plus

Post Endodontic Restoration : Post and core

One year follow up shows healing in process with evident reduction of lesion size.
