Meet our patient, a 76 year old lady who walked in with just 5 teeth. Keen on getting a good set of dentures but insisted on retaining the natural teeth she had. We obliged by retaining the two centrals ( the other three root pieces had to be extracted) and giving her the best possible treatment outcome.

Introducing my patient Tania who underwent a successful, complex wisdom tooth surgery at our centre in March 2023 after which she returned to Middle East, where she works but made it a point to visit us in February 2024 for getting her other wisdom tooth surgery done.

So a week back I posted about extracting all four wisdom teeth surgically, in one go..
Today Ken (name changed) came for suture removal... healing is great and Ken is happy..and so is his father..
I had advised removal of only two teeth (one side upper and lower) in a single appointment..the upper ones are high up in the jaw...but he was too keen on undergoing the surgery for all four...
Frankly, I was expecting him to get tired and agree with me during the procedure...but he was so co-operative and positive that I changed my mind and removed all four at once!!
Ken gets "The most co-operative patient" award!!!!!!
