🦷 One Tooth. One Surgery. One Solution.
This patient presented with a badly decayed first molar that was no longer suitable for restoration.
After carefully assessing the tooth and surrounding bone, we performed:
🦷 Extraction of the compromised tooth
➕ Immediate dental implant placement
⏱️ All in the same sitting
So instead of undergoing separate procedures, the patient had one surgical appointment, one course of medication, and one recovery period.
✨ Less appointments. Less disruption. A planned path to a new tooth.
Immediate implant placement can be an option in carefully selected cases where the clinical and bone conditions are suitable.
Every implant case is individually assessed. Immediate placement is not suitable for every extraction.

🦷 3 MONTHS LATER — THE FINAL RESTORATION
After approximately 3 months of healing and implant integration, the implant was ready for restoration.
A screw-retained implant crown was placed, restoring the tooth’s:
FORM • FUNCTION • ESTHETICS
✨ The result: a natural-looking replacement designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding teeth.
From a badly decayed tooth → to a functional, aesthetic replacement.
Extraction + immediate implant placement in one surgical sitting.
Final crown placed after healing.
Immediate implant placement and loading/restoration are case-dependent and require appropriate clinical assessment.
🦷 BACK TO EATING. BACK TO SMILING.
With the final screw-retained implant crown in place, the patient can now chew comfortably and smile with confidence.
A dental implant with a fixed crown can be an excellent option for patients looking for a fixed, long-term solution to replace a missing tooth — without a removable prosthesis.
One missing tooth → One fixed solution → Restored form, function & aesthetics.
