These findings were a result of a previous thumb sucking habit in childhood. The mandibular arch exhibited an exaggerated Curve of Spee, resulting in a deepened bite, and the excessive proclination of the maxillary anteriors led to a reverse smile arc.

Transformation Thursday!

We are thrilled to share a remarkable orthodontic case, expertly managed by our orthodontist, Dr. Rohan Bhagat. This patient presented with concerns regarding her malocclusion, characterized by misaligned teeth, a deep overbite, and a Class II canine and molar relationship on the left side.

Dr. Bhagat devised a personalized treatment plan, incorporating metal braces to achieve optimal tooth alignment and occlusal harmony. Class II interarch elastics were utilized to correct the Class II molar and canine relationship on the left side.

To further enhance her smile, we also performed a cosmetic build-up of her barrel-shaped central incisors using composite resin, giving them a more natural, anatomically correct shape.
