A 55year old lady visited my practice with a complaint of severe tooth ache in lower left back teeth . On examination , we saw a molar completely decayed with pus oozing out . We explained the patient about the treatment that is required . The patient agreed to do a root canal . The root canal was completed in three visit. The patient is responding well to the treatment and has no pain nor any swelling.

A difficult case of root canal of upper second last molar . Patient was really anxious and worried before the start of the treatment so had to approach slow. Usually the second last molar has three root canals but in her case their was presence of 4canals ( MB2) . The roots were curved so it took 4sessions to complete the treatment. But really happy with the outcome. ◉‿◉

Young Patient complaint of pain with lower right wisdom tooth . Patient was adviced to save the tooth as the wisdom tooth was completely erupted in the mouth . The important part in doing root canal of the wisdom tooth is the accessibility .So applied this blue sheet which is known as Rubber dam to cover the other teeth and maintain a dry( no saliva) working field . Patient was happy as his wisdom tooth was saved . 😀

A patient came to me with the complaint of constant pain on having normal water with upper left molar . So I did a tooth colored filling as the cavity was on the cheek portion of the tooth . But the pain didn't subside so then decide to save the tooth by doing root canal treatment . The 4 white portion inside the tooth are the nerves which were cleaned and filled till the end of the tooth . The patient is finely free from pain . It was a indeed a difficult case but happy with the outcome 🙂
