Pt c/o pain tenderness and mobility of lower right second molar tooth. Primary endo secondary perio lesion. Rct started working length achieved calcium hydroxide placed for a week. Pain and mobility reduced so master cone selection and obturation done. Post rcf iopa taken now waiting for crown.

Pt C/o pain and sensitivity on taking hot and cold food plus food lodgement. Cold test positive for irr. Pulptis. Rct started working length taken master cone selected and obturation done. Post rc filling with miracle mix.

Pt reported with pain in her lower left molar. Diagnosis was chronic apical periodontitis. Rct started and completed in 2 visit. Post rcf was done by composite resin. Now tooth ready for crown.

Pt was adviced for Rct in Oct-25 but She denied the treatment at that time. After 2 months she came with sever unbearable pain as some X- Dr has done filling without any history or investigation.Rct was started after 2 months now but due to some procedural error flare up happened which causes intrao & extra oral swelling but managed successfully. Finally obturaion done and ready for crown. Two lession for pt. & dr.
1)Never delay the treatment it will cost you more financially & physically
2)Never forget to take history & proper investigations before jumping to treatment.
