A case of MTA Apexification

A 10yr old female camewith a chief complaint of pain on broken tooth.

History shows trauma happened nearly 1 year back. And repeatedly patient has been taking medication for pain.

RVG reveals immature root apex with Ellis class 3 fracture.

T/P: 1. MTA apexification and composite buildup
2. followed by extra coronal prosthetic rehab after the age of 15yrs.
