Dental esthetic correction using "ZIRCONIUM CROWN".

A 30 year old patient reported to the clinic who is unconfident in his smile.He was so worried about his smile,since he is an insurance agent who come across alot of clients across his work.
On examination we have found that his maxillary canines are congenitaly missing(pic 1&2).
As a a part of the treatment we performed root canal treatment and repositioned the anterior teeth with zirconium crown( pic 3&4).

Fracture reattachmennt treatment...

A 10 year old child reported to the clinic with fracture of anterior teeth(Ellis class 111 -11 and Ellis class 11-21 pic1),fortunately the broken fragment was intact and kept aside.(pic 5).

There was a pin point exposure of pulp in relation to 11(pic2), so immediately direct pulp capping was perfomed and the broken fragment was rebonded . Later the natural integrity of the tooth is maintained by polishing(pic 6)
The patient was recalled after 3 month was reported with no radiographic and clinical change.
