This is the picture of the patient after 10 days from the surgery... The pressure exerted by the muscle( frenum) on the gums is relieved now
By performing frenectomy we are preventing further deterioration of the gum position
After this, reconstructive surgery of gums can be performed to restore the health and position of the gums....
