Case in progress.23.transposed canine with rotated and scissor bite in relation to 24 .Planned to move 24 misially with mesial moment of premolar incorporating rotation,distal root tip and mesial crown tip on 24 and counter rotation moment on 25 to help space regaining for the 23 to get into the arch. Concluding the treatment esthetic plan to give 24 a gingival contour to match a canine may be required. Time taken till date is 13 months ,likely to finish in another 6 months max.Note the midline correction with better overbite and ofcourse lower arch alignment..
