# # # Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for promoting DENTINDIA’s range of dental chairs, instruments, consumables, surgical equipment, and related products. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, approach dental clinics, hospitals, institutions, and individual practitioners, and close sales to drive business growth.
Key expectations:
- Promote our products through direct visits, calls, digital channels, social media, exhibitions, or any ethical means.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (set mutually).
- Provide regular updates on leads and sales activities.
# # # Compensation Structure:
- **Pure Incentive Basis**: You will earn attractive **commission** on every successful sale/invoice generated through your efforts.
- Commission percentage will be mutually discussed and finalized based on product category and deal value.
- Additional performance incentives and bonuses will be given for achieving or exceeding targets.
- No fixed monthly salary or basic pay.
- All leads generated by the company may also be shared with you for conversion (subject to company policy).

- Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided by the company (online/offline).
- Marketing materials, brochures, product catalogues, and digital content will be shared.
- Continuous support from the technical and sales team will be available.
# # # Other Terms:
- This is a **performance-based engagement**. There is no employer-employee relationship, and you will work as an Independent Sales Promoter.
- You are free to work with other non-competing companies (subject to prior intimation).
- All sales must be routed through DENTINDIA’s official billing process.
- The company reserves the right to terminate the engagement with 7 days’ notice if performance is consistently below expectations.
